Fostering reading joy in children and youth

In connection with the nominations for the Nordic Council Children’s and Young People’s Literature Prize 2026, we invite you to an event where we take a closer look at projects that inspire reading joy among children and young people.
Representatives from den nordiske bokslukeren will present the model behind their projects, which develop pedagogical support materials that can be used as a starting point for discussions in reading sessions with children and young people. In addition, other contributors will share presentations based on their experiences and insights from relevant research.
The event will be held in the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish).
