Laut is a restaurant where Icelandic nature, ingredients, and Nordic cuisine come together.
During the day, Laut offers light refreshments, coffee, and lunch in the cozy surroundings of the Nordic House. In the evenings, it serves an ambitious multi-course tasting menu, with Icelandic ingredients and seafood taking center stage.
Laut is run by chef Arnór Ingi Bjarkason together with his brother, Sigurður Björn, and their parents, Laufey and Bjarki. Arnór Ingi is also the owner and head chef of the restaurant Skóg in Vilnius, Lithuania, which is featured in the prestigious Michelin Guide.
The restaurant’s philosophy is based on respect for Icelandic ingredients and the local environment, with an emphasis on simplicity, quality, and Nordic cuisine.
