Erindrekar invite you to a seminar!

The seminar Varpið will be held in the greenhouse of the Nordic House during DesignMarch on April 5th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. At the seminar, we will consider everything related to eider farming: the resource, animal, and nature conservation, craftsmanship, and knowledge.

The design trio Erindrekar has been conducting design research on Eiderdown for the last 6 years, which has led to them now working as Eider farmers every year. In the process, conversations have arisen with a variety of people in the fields of agriculture, design, and science. Now, the trio is inviting you to a seminar where ideas can be discussed. The seminar will be held in Icelandic.

A wheelchair-accessible toilet is on the main floor. There is a lift from the main floor down to the Hvelfing exhibition hall. Unfortunately the Greenhouse is not accessible for wheelchairs.
