Come and experience a shared literary reading in Nordens Hus. We meet at the library on Thursday the 22nd at 4.30 pm and read and talk about literature. We read a short Icelandic prose text and finish with an Icelandic poem, both in English translations. There will be coffee and sweets.
The reading group is led by Charlotte Christiansen trained ‘reader leader’, and postdoctoral researcher at The Árni Magnússon Institute of Icelandic Studies, and the language used is primarily English and Blandinavian.
The reading group is part of the research project: ‘A literary anthropology of Iceland’. No special knowledge or preparation is required, but please write to charlotte[at]arnastofnun.is if you want to join.
