Children are encouraged to participate in a story competition at the Nordic house. Participants can take inspiration from stories about the Moomins – or by the exhibition Reading and writing with the Moomins which is shown at the Children´s Library of the Nordic house.
It is possible to either send in a written story or a picture and there are first prices in both categories. Among prices are winter themed Moomin cups (collectors edition), books and a backpack.
Please remember to write full name, age and contact information and hand in to the counter at the Nordic house Library before 3rd of December. For those who can´t hand in the papers in person can send an email to hrafnhildur@nordichouse.is .
The awards will be handed out in an event called Special Story hour the 5th of December.
