“Islandske Indtryk” – Solo Piano Concert by Benjamin Nørholm Jacobsen at the Nordic House November 23.  at 8 pm.

This concert will consist of 8 new pieces of music for acoustic piano, written and performed by the Danish jazz pianist and composer Benjamin Nørholm Jacobsen who is currently residing in Reykjavik.

Glimpses of a new-comers impressions of Iceland has served as a road to musical exploration. The warmth, desolation, beauty and surreality of this country is a source of many-facetted inspiration, and will this evening be interpreted in a jazz piano context.”
