Geir Gulliksen (born in 1963) is a Norwegian author and publisher at the book publisher October. He had his debut in 1986 with the novel Mørkets munn and has since then published children´s and youth books, essay collections, drama, lyrics, and novels. His major breakthrough became the acclaimed novel Story of a marriage published in 2015 and translated into several languages, amongst them Icelandic. For that novel, he was also nominated for the Nordic Council Literature Prize in 2016.
