OPEN CALL: ICELAND AIRWAVES OFF-ARENA 2019 – Family Day

Nordic House in Reykjavik is now open for applications from everyone who want´s to create a program/event for children and youth in this year’s upcoming Iceland Airwaves off-venue Family Day.

Everyone is encouraged to apply, however, we have a special focus on artists from the Nordic and Baltic countries, as well as artists with Nordic nationality who reside abroad. The Nordic Cultural strategy focuses on a sustainable, creative, intercultural, the digital and the Young people in the Nordic region. If you are interested in having an any sort event that aims to promote these core values we urge you to apply and send us a short description off the event and yourself. This can be all from concert, dance, workshops and anything and everything in between. We urge everyone regardless off age, gender or origin to apply.

The events will take place in the Nordic House, we have various spaces to host a wide range off different types off events. 

Application deadline is September 30th and should be sent to sigrune@nordichouse.is

Application can be sent in Icelandic, English or a Scandinavian language.

Off-venue concerts are free and open to all.
