Guided tour with the curator and artists

Join us for a guided tour of the exhibition Embodying a Building: Bodies in Aalto Buildings with curator Sabina Westerholm and the participating artists, Sunday, 4 October at 12:00 PM.

Curator Sabina Westerholm will welcome visitors in the atrium of The Nordic House. During the tour, she will introduce the works, talk about the artists’ working processes, and their relationship to the Aalto buildings that became part of their research and artistic practice.

The tour will be conducted in English, but questions are welcome in Swedish/Danish/Norwegian.

The artists Elina Brotherus, Dafna Maimon, and Ilona Sagar will also be present. Following the tour, visitors are invited to ask questions and join an informal conversation with the artists and curator.

The tour offers an opportunity to look more closely at the exhibition and to hear directly from the artists and curator about the ideas, processes, and approaches behind the works.
