Cinematic Culinary Experience with RIFF and Plantan bístró

A multi-sensory feast awaits at this year’s RIFF Cinematic Culinary Experience! Join us for the critically acclaimed Big Night, directed by the food connoisseur Stanley Tucci, served alongside a specially curated menu from Plantan Bistro—each dish inspired by the film’s rich flavors and emotional flair.

Primo and Secondo, two Italian immigrant brothers, pour their hearts into one last chance to save their failing New Jersey restaurant: a lavish banquet in honor of jazz legend Louis Prima. As tensions simmer in the kitchen, dreams, pride, and pasta reach a boiling point.

Included in the ticket price is an aperitif, three-course Italian feast from Plantan bistro and a ticket for Big Night. The dishes are all vegan.

The house opens at 18.00 and the screening begins at 19.00.

Accessibility

The Nordic House has good access to most of the building’s spaces. There is a wheelchair ramp that leads up to the house and inside the house there is an elevator that goes down to the exhibition space Hvelfing.
