WINTER WORKS
WINTER WORKS was a literary advent calendar from the Nordic House in Reykjavík in 2020, where five invited writers from Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland have chosen texts that interpret or relate to winter. How does the winter work? Does it hurt? Does it bring joy? Does it touch something?
Watch or rewatch the five episodes where Einar Már Guðmundsson, Tomas Espedal, Rosa Liksom, Suzanne Brøgger, Sami Said read their interpretations of winter from their living rooms. All invited writers are former nominees or winners of the Nordic Council’s Literature Prize.
