Poetry concert with Lars Emil Foder

Lars Emil Foder (b. 1980) is an author, musician, and singer-songwriter, often performing under the artist name LEF.

His texts are at once humorous, whimsical, and profound, reflecting his background in philosophy studies in Copenhagen. Foder has a rare ability to discover and cultivate the poetic in everyday life, and he is a charming and convincing performer who playfully and curiously combines music and poetry.

Among other works, Foder has published the short prose collection Fabelagtigheder (2018) as well as Natatlas (2013) and Kun for idioter #1-6,5 (2022–2024), both hybrids between music album and poetry collection, presented as visually striking book objects. In 2024, he also released the genre-hybrid Luftigheder.
