Family Wednesdays with Plantan Bistro!

Family Wednesdays with Plantan Bistro usually take place at the children’s library of the Nordic House and are a mix of different events – music sessions, parenting talks, workshops, or crafts – and there’s always a special offer for the youngest visitors at Plantan Bistro.
On some Wednesdays, when no teacher or instructor is present, sensory toys such as magnetic blocks or foam blocks will be available for the youngest guests from 10:30 AM.
The exhibition “Pippi, Democracy, and the voices of children” offers fun interactive activities and is enjoyable to explore. Visitors can also try on costumes, play in Pippis’s baby tent and Pippi’s adventure house.
Accessibility:
Access is via stairs from the library, and wheelchair access is available through the main entrance and then via the exhibition space Hvelfing. An accessible toilet and changing facilities are located on the main floor. Library staff are happy to provide further information or assistance if needed. All events organized by the Nordic House are free of charge.
