Make Your Own Zine with Lu!

In this workshop, Lu will show you how to make your very own mini-zine with only a sheet of paper and some scissors, and then fill it as you like! You will be able to take home your zine, and will also have the opportunity to have a copy of it included in a ‘zine of zines’ together with other workshop participants, which Lu will bind together for Nordic House.

Suitable for ages 10+, all abilities and knowledge of zinemaking

Lu Fraser (known as Wet Bog) is an illustrator and risograph print artist born in the UK. In their work, they explore themes of community and ecology, and also environmental advocacy. Lu produces comics for their own self published zines as well as collective publications. Their work can be seen on instagram at @wetbog.jpg

Accessibility: The workshop takes place in Alvar meeting room at the main floor. A ramp leads to the building from the parking lot and there is an automatic button by the main door. Accessible toilets are on the main floor of the building and all toilets are gender neutral.
