Artist talk with Kolbeinn Hugi & Josefin Arnell

Wednesday the 23rd of February, Kolbeinn Hugi and Josefin Arnell will have an artist talk about their works in the new exhibition Even a worm will turn.
The talk will start at 18 and will be led by the curators of the exhibition.

Josefin Arnell (b. 1984, SE) has recently presented exhibitions, screenings, and performances at Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven (2019); Lily Robert, Paris (2019); Moscow International Biennale for Young Art (2018); Auto Italia, London (2018); Kunsthalle Münster (2017); and Beursschouwburg, Brussels (2017). Arnell lives and works in Amsterdam. She is a graduate from the Sandberg Instituut in Amsterdam and an alumni of Rijksakademie van beeldende kunsten.
Kolbeinn Hugi is an artist, musician and thinker born in Reykjavík, currently operating from Berlin. His work points a way to different possible futures through the prism of digital culture, ecology and science-fiction. His work has been exhibited in various institutions on 4 different continents, from capitalist trailer parks in the MoMA PS1 to Communist-built Lenin Museums on the Siberian Planes. Hugi´s recent work includes: Cryptopia One and Animal Internet. Kolbeinn Hugi has owned an autographed copy of “The Trials of Life” by David Attenborough since he was thirteen.
