Line Barfod has worked against human trafficking and slavery as an MP in the Danish parliament and as a member of the Nordic Council focusing on trafficking in the countries around the Baltic Sea.
This is the second time Barfod visits Iceland and gives a talk on modern slavery. Four years ago, she was a guest of the The NORDEN Association in Reykjavik. Now she is back and speaking on behalf of the political party Vinstri Grænir, The Nordic House and The Norden Association.
After the presentation, LineBarford will answer questions in Danish, English or Icelandic, from the audience.
