This year we celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Historic Moon Landing, showcasing a cinematic homage to the Moon. Throughout the films in this program, we will travel to the Moon, discovering the astonishing first images ever taken by Apollo 8, the cultural frictions between NASA and Icelandic farmers, and diving into the poetic imagery of planet moon. The films are screened in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Iceland, Hors Pistes Film Festival by Centre Pompidou, and UniFrance. Free entrance.
