The selected proposals will form a varied and engaging programme reflecting the breadth of contemporary artistic practice across the Nordic region, while creating new encounters between artists and audiences in \u00c5land.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Located in the heart of Mariehamn, Galleri NORDEN is a platform for art and Nordic cultural exchange. \u00c5land\u2019s position between Sweden and Finland provides a distinctive and dynamic meeting place for artistic practices, perspectives and audiences from different parts of the Nordic region.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Selected artists will be offered an exhibition period of approximately five weeks, as well as support from the Nordic Institute on \u00c5land with promotion and the exhibition opening. There is no application or exhibition fee.
