Laut will offer a diverse dining experience, ranging from light lunches and a relaxed caf\u00e9 atmosphere during the day to ambitious multi-course tasting menus in the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Arn\u00f3r Ingi is the owner and head chef of the Michelin Guide-listed restaurant Sk\u00f3g in Vilnius. He previously led the kitchen at Red Brick, where the restaurant was awarded the prestigious Michelin Green Star for sustainability. Sk\u00f3g will continue operating in full alongside the new venture in Iceland. Inspired by Icelandic nature, Laut places a strong emphasis on local ingredients and a sustainable approach to cooking.<\/p>\n<p>The menu will primarily feature Icelandic produce, complemented by carefully selected ingredients from across the Nordic region when appropriate.
