Would you like to work in a unique and diverse cultural environment? We are seeking an art- and culture educator who can convey Nordic art and literature to children and young people.<\/p>\n

The Nordic House in Reykjavik is seeking an engaged art and culture educator for a one\u2011year temporary replacement position. The educator will be responsible for planning and carrying out children\u2019s and youth activities at the Nordic House in Reykjavik. The role includes developing and producing cultural and educational projects aimed at children and young people in a Nordic context. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues at the Nordic House and in accordance with the thematic frameworks in place at any given time.<\/p>\n

As an art and culture educator, you will work both strategically and practically to develop and implement art and cultural projects that create relevant, inclusive, and inspiring experiences for children and young people. Emphasis is placed on the ability to combine artistic understanding with organizational overview and confident project management.<\/p>\n
