Participants can take inspiration from stories about the Moomins \u2013 or by the exhibition <a href=\"https:\/\/nordichouse.is\/en\/event\/reading-and-writing-with-the-moomins\/\">Reading and writing with the Moomins<\/a> which is shown at the Children\u00b4s Library of the Nordic house.<\/p>\n<p>It is possible to either send in a written story or a picture and there are first prices in both categories. Among prices are winter themed Moomin cups (collectors edition), books and a backpack.<\/p>\n<p>Please remember to write full name, age and contact information and hand in to the counter at the Nordic house Library before 3rd of December. For those who can\u00b4t hand in the papers in person can send an email to <a href=\"mailto:hrafnhildur@nordichouse.is\">hrafnhildur@nordichouse.is<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p>The awards will be handed out in an event called <a href=\"https:\/\/nordichouse.is\/en\/event\/special-story-hour-family-festival\/\">Special Story hour the 5th of December.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Children are encouraged to participate in a story competition at the Nordic house.
