Vigd\u00eds Hafli\u00f0ad\u00f3ttir and \u00deorger\u00f0ur \u00c1sa A\u00f0alsteinsd\u00f3ttir are two aspiring folk singers, both of whom attended a music school in Sweden called Nordiska Visskolan. Their repertoire consists of various songs in Icelandic and Swedish, but in the hands of V\u00edsur&Skv\u00edsur the emphasis is always as much on the lyrics as it is on the melody.<\/p>\n
