Man in between<\/strong> was born in 2013. Since then, ideas started to come together and songs were crafted. Busking became an everyday practice rutine and the streets of Vienna and Berlin became his favorite rehearsal room. In 2016, he self-released an EP called “Demo tapes” with 5 original songs. Kristin Thora<\/strong> seamlessly blends instruments, voices and field recordings to create lush, haunting soundscapes and baroque ballads, that mirror the natural world and our place within it. A classically trained violist and composer, Kristin has worked on fringes of new music in Los Angeles and Reykjav\u00edk, experimenting with sound, gesture, electronics, field recordings and unusual tunings. She has also organized and performed a number of concerts for meditation and sleep, premiered work by her contemporaries and written music for ensembles and Symphony Orchestra. She recently released her first solo album with VDSQ records with music and soundscapes for acoustic guitar and field recordings.
