Its title refers to the Apollo 11 astronauts, who trained in Iceland before their journey to the Moon and were instructed to collect a sample immediately upon landing, in case something went wrong.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>In<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><em>Contingency Sample<\/em>, aluminium itself becomes such a sample, gathered in the face of an uncertain future on Earth. The exhibition thus asks, with T. J.
