During the walk, we will identify wild edible plants and explore the vegetation in the area.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\"><strong>The walk begins at the Nordic House at 5 pm on Thursday, June 18. Participation is free, and everyone is welcome!<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s\">At the Nordic House greenhouse, <strong>Slow Food Icelandic Network<\/strong> will host a live cooking demonstration, where chefs from the Slow Food movement work with entirely Icelandic ingredients and wild Icelandic plants.
