Their performances mix both low-key and captivating music, with subtle humor and narrative storytelling to stimulate both the discerning musician and the curious listener. S, S & S builds on the unpredictability, warmly welcomes creative improvisation and often plays with unexpected guest musicians and instruments. The debut album Om Fj\u00e4llsyror<\/i>\u00a0from 2019 is characterized by gentle vocal melodies and quiet soundscapes, odd and explosive melodic deviations, and a strange emotionality that seems to give both too much and too little at the same time.<\/p>\n
After a long creative hiatus, Sofia and Marko are ready to meet the Icelandic audience again, with both new material and old favourites, in a stripped-down gig in the greenhouse at The Nordic House this summer.<\/p>\n
