In connection with the nominations for the Nordic Council Children\u2019s and Young People\u2019s Literature Prize 2026, we invite you to an event where we take a closer look at projects that inspire reading joy among children and young people.<\/div>\n

Representatives from den nordiske bokslukeren<\/strong> will present the model behind their projects, which develop pedagogical support materials that can be used as a starting point for discussions in reading sessions with children and young people. In addition, other contributors will share presentations based on their experiences.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Salomon Hellman<\/strong>,<\/b>\u00a0a Library Development Specialist for Nordic Culture Point, will come from Finland to present the nominated books as well as Bokslukeren.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Hrafnhildur Gissurard\u00f3tti,<\/strong> mediator from the Nordic House, will give us insight in a project which was popular and had good results.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Sif L\u00fcscher Rauff<\/strong> works as project manager in \u00c5rhus for Albus Festival, a literary festival for children https:\/\/www.aakb.dk\/albus<\/a>.
She will elaborate on how a festival can spark interest in reading and books.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The event will be held mainly in the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish) and some in English.<\/div>\n
