In just 45 minutes workshop, you\u2019ll touch, guess, draw, learn and giggle your way through bird-themed fun-learning games.<\/p>\n

Perfect for curious kids and playful parents.<\/p>\n

Bring your whole flock \u2013 family and friends to snap egg-cellent pics and chirp with us.<\/p>\n

The event is for free and everyone is welcome!<\/p>\n

NB. Remember to bring a blindfold. Some of the workshop is done without sight.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The workshop takes place in the Children\u00b4s library where the exhibition Birds<\/strong> is installed. The exhibition is based on the book BIRDS by R\u00e1n Flygenring and Hj\u00f6rleifur Hjartarson. The exhibition highlights birds that have a home or have stopped by in Vatnsm\u00fdrin outside the Nordic House \u2013 which is also a bird conservation area.<\/p>\n

The teacher is Olena Klimova from Ukraine. She is a professional tour guide with 20 years of experience and her work is to empower peoples\u2019 hearts with touching stories.<\/p>\n

She organise and conducts signature touching workshops and tours for families with kids and people with visual and mobility impairments.<\/p>\n

The Children\u2019s Library is accessible for wheelchairs through the exhibition hall Hvelfing. Library staff can give guidance. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible and gender-neutral. The Nordic house is open TUE-SUN 10am-5pm.<\/p>\n
