Inside the <a href=\"https:\/\/nordichouse.is\/en\/matr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MATR<\/a> caf\u00e9, you can then taste the harvest in various dishes and drinks. More information will come in the next few days.<\/p>\n<h4>See you at the Nordic House!<\/h4>\n<p>The harvest at the Nordic House is mostly grown from seeds from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordgen.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NordGen<\/a>, a joint Nordic gene bank that preserves the seeds of over 33,000 species of plants that thrive in the Nordic countries.
