The Nordic House opens the glass doors and invites you to concerts under the luminous Icelandic sky every Sunday afternoon (3 PM) during the summer in our beautiful greenhouse. The Picnic Concert Series presents Icelandic and Nordic artists with music inspired by tradition or experimenting with the newest genres and tendencies.<\/p>\n
The concerts are free and open for all!<\/p>\n
\u00c1rni Vilhj\u00e1lmsson is a Gemini and a late bloomer. After spending a carefree decade singing and dancing in the breakneck party group FM Belfast, he finally took root and recorded his first solo project, Slightly Hungry. \u00c1rni now resides in Reykjav\u00edk, Iceland, where he regularly performs with the experimental theatre trio Kri\u00f0pleir, with which he has written and produced four stage plays and a radio drama.<\/p>\n
