The Nordic House opens the glass doors and invites you to concerts under the luminous Icelandic sky every Sunday afternoon (3 PM) during the summer in our beautiful greenhouse. The Picnic Concert Series<\/strong> presents Icelandic and Nordic artists with music inspired by tradition or experimenting with the newest genres and tendencies. The concerts are free and open for all!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Myrra<\/span> R\u00f3s<\/span><\/strong> is an Icelandic songwriter who recently released her third album, <\/span><\/span>Thought Spun<\/span><\/span>. Her style is personal and quite dark, but never difficult for that matter. The pleasant Nordic melancholy is close at hand – sadness combined with hopefulness – and <\/span>Myrra<\/span> R\u00f3s<\/span> is a master at captivating her audience with her voice and delicate harmonies.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You can buy coffee, cake, food or drinks in\u00a0Aalto Bistro<\/a> to take out or enjoy afterwards in the iconic rooms of Alvar Aalto.<\/p>\n
