They will be performing original compositions of the forthcoming album, some songs of the last album <strong>Voc\u00ea Passou Aqui<\/strong> (You Were Here) which was recorded in Iceland and released in Iceland, England and Brazil, as well as some rearrangements of wonderful material written by some of the greatest Brazilian masters such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Jo\u00e3o Gilberto, Chico Buarque, Caetano Veloso, Nelson Cavaquinho, Luiz Gonzaga etc. The audience will also have a chance to hear some re-readings of important Brazilian authors from the first half of the last century.<\/p>\n<p>Ife has stated in the past that the musicians he has met in Iceland are those who totally understand how to interpret the music he believes most strongly in. Because of that, strong friendships between Ife and many Icelandic musicians have developed.
