Teachers of the Harpa International Music Academy will perform at the Auditorium of the Nordic House on the 10th of July at 8pm. Entrance to the concert is free of charge. Everyone is welcome!<\/h4>\n

The faculty of the Harpa International Music Academy<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0consists of music professors at respected music conservatories, many of whom are also renowned performers and sectional leaders in orchestras. In this concert they will share their artistry in a varied program of solo and chamber music works.<\/p>\n

The program consists of the following works:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beethoven: Spring Sonata<\/p>\n

Kaare Dyvik Husby: Mechanic breath<\/p>\n

J\u00f3runn Vi\u00f0ar: Variations on an Icelandic folksong for cello and piano<\/p>\n

Bottesini: Concerto in b-minor for double bass<\/p>\n

Schumann: M\u00e4rchenbilder for viola and piano<\/p>\n

Rachmaninoff: Vocalise for violin and piano<\/p>\n

Fuchs: Serena\u00f0a Op.62 No.1 for 2 violins and viola<\/p>\n

Francaix: Divertissement for bassoon and string quintet<\/p>\n
