Two of the lectures will be held in English.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a short break during the lectures, allowing attendants to exchange views and\/or send questions and comments to the lecturer(s) via Twitter or SMS.<\/p>\n<p>Free entrance. Jordens udvikling har sat rammerne for livets udvikling, men de levende organismer har ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virket Jordens geologiske udvikling.<\/p>\n<p>Siden de levende organismer udviklede evnen til at udnytte energien i Solens lys, har livet overtaget kontrollen med atmosf\u00e6rens og oceanernes sammens\u00e6tning, reguleret klimaet, og m\u00e5ske endda haft en afg\u00f8rende indflydelse p\u00e5 selve den faste Jords kemiske udvikling. Vi vil pr\u00f8ve at se p\u00e5 om livet i virkeligheden er den dominerende geologiske kraft p\u00e5 Jorden.<\/p>\n<p>I foredraget vil du ogs\u00e5 blive pr\u00e6senteret for en ny id\u00e9: at eksportere gr\u00f8nlandsk mudder til troperne. Be it food, sex or that next episode on Netflix, the human brain releases a chemical called dopamine to promote recurrence of pleasing activities.
