An avid student of pop history, Snorri keeps a firm foot in the past and a clear eye on the future, bringing forth a constant stream of timeless folk-tinged melodies and carefully constructed songs that are very much of the time. For the Concert Series, Snorri will be playing songs from his project Margt b\u00fdr \u00ed \u00feokunni (Many Things are Hidden in the Shadows), from which he found inspiration in the Icelandic folk tales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/snorrihelgason.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/snorrihelgason.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nordic House Concert Series<\/strong> is presented for the first time this summer! The concert series consist of the best of Icelandic jazz and folk music, with some Latin and Balkan influences, as well as one guest from Sweden.
